• Cancellations: Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 1 hour fee.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the booking fee.

• Exceptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency, extreme weather), First Light Gardens will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
